Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the Axion application (the "Service"), including the Discord bot and the associated website (the "Hub"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Article 1: Service Description

Axion is a reputation-based Looking For Group (LFG) platform for gamers. Our goal is to facilitate the creation of gaming groups with reliable and positive teammates.

Article 2: Access to the Service

Access to the Service requires a valid Discord account. By logging in, you authorize us to access basic information from your Discord profile, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You are also required to comply with Discord's Terms of Service at all times.

Article 3: User Obligations/

By using Axion, you agree to:

• Provide honest and constructive evaluations of other players.
• Not abuse the reputation system to intentionally harm another user.
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes, harassment, or to distribute inappropriate content.
• Not attempt to bypass security measures or exploit system vulnerabilities.

Article 4: Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service (logo, design, code, reputation system) are the exclusive property of Axion. User-generated content, such as evaluation comments, is licensed to us for display within the Service.

Article 5: Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your access to the Service for serious or repeated violations of these terms, or of Discord's Terms of Service.

Article 6: Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". While we strive to offer a high-quality experience, we do not guarantee that the Service will be free of errors or interruptions. We cannot be held liable for disputes arising between users.

Article 7: Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
